Samadhi Research Institute is a warm and caring atmosphere

We are all dealing with issues of terror, depression and loss that make us feel uncomfortable. When we want to change our lives, we need to learn how to recognize that whatever it is we want to change is inside ourselves.
Pain management begins with me.
Changing despair begins with me.
A joy filled life begins with me.

Each of us has the key to unlock practical problem-solving methods within us. This key is our birthright. It is our dynamic potential and our fulfillment.

We can recover our true relationship with ourselves and with one another in a healthy, sane and safe way. We can regain a firm footing in our spirituality and our sexuality, as Samadhi Research Institute offers programs that address these and a wide variety of life issues.

Our executive director is a minister and certified Sexuality Counselor by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). She is trained to assist you in realistically resolving your concerns through problem solving techniques of communication as well as providing accurate information and relevant suggestions of exercises and techniques while correcting myths and misinformation.  Her work is client centered, focusing on the immediate concern. AASECT requires sex counselors and therapists to fulfill specific and rigorous training requirements in order to become certified.

To understand how we can get to where we want to be, we first have to see what we’re doing. We cannot change what we do not know.

We identify ways of problem solving observe and gather data about ourselves see how the issues have evolved over time.
discover how to separate from reacting to stress. 
facilitate understanding of the core of these issues
formulate perceptions and ideas about the sources of distress
develop realistic and appropriate goals and
offer options for resolution
