Samadhi Research Institute, Inc. serves the San Diego community in the areas of crisis, grief, loss, addiction issues, relationship conflict, spiritual growth: sexual abuse and counseling by:  

• providing individual and group programs grounded in recovery step, tradition and concept models;
• supporting like-minded non-profit, community based organizations;
• linking groups in the local and national community;
• offering its expertise to community members engaged in social change like the Action Network Against Child Trafficking and Teen Prostitution and rape crises centers;

• researching current issues, collecting data on sexual abuse, trafficking, etc;
• writing books and articles to educate the public toward prevention of crime;
• advocating policy changes to help make neighborhoods safe from child and adult abuse

First established in Arizona in 1996, the Institute became incorporated in 2005 and is now in San Diego. It is a 501(c) 3 non-profit public charity that supports all areas of research and historically based programs promoting holistic approaches to personal development and well being in the individual and the community. In a serene setting, the Institute offers spiritual counsel to all people within their means on a sliding scale. All donations are fully tax deductible
